Micro-Mouse! Sounds like a good application for genetic programming.

I remember Micromouse competition from my undergraduate days at SMU. That would be more interesting because its computational decision making rather than RobotWars electro-mechanical bashing.

Heck, I could dust off some of my OR skills and not get paid a dime for my trouble... WHAT A DEAL! :)

I'm supposed to "look at" doing a telecom planning algorithm next week. I guess that if we agree to terms on that contract, my brain will be bruised well enough for 6 months without Micromouse.

I usually get "bleep"ed when it comes to cashing in those telecom promises. I'll believe it when I see it. :)
