You should really determine if TCP/IP is necessary, or you can get away with UDP.
I've got a CS8900 hooked up to a Philips XA and it does quite nicely (UDP only). I've seen CS8900s hooked up to PICs so they should be interfaceable to just about any 8051 flavor. -- Devin |
