this may be an answer for the problume that i'd asked for help- it's work one time only
after a loooong test & try, the problume gone
by turn off the ac power not the dc plug,and yes i had made a power on reset generator ( 4 transistor , 2 cap,7 resistor) so the reset signal will come when the dc voltage over 4.5v , and delay about 2msec after that the reset signal will go (about 12ms,)
so there will be no problume for reset signal
however it's still not working when pull out the dc plug and replug in , so maybe cpu latchup by other reason , will kep trace that and let every one know.
