Dear Mehmet, When you find that the 4000 logic goes for a spin WHEN the inverter is switched ON then there is every reason to believe that the pulses what you count are NOISE? Hve you looked into this angle ? And if so all noise suppression procedures and ground loops need an immediate check up. Raghu |
