It means that if you patent an idea and somebody else tries to copy your idea or they produce something which uses the same idea then you can demand royalties from them for the use of your patent,and if you think its worth your while you can sue them.Apple tried to sue microsoft for thier use of a gui,and intel keeps on trying to sue everyone in the world for patent infringment |
