At 1mS, nobody will be able to know that your software is working and the LEDs are running. The persistence of human vision ensures that you cannot make out "changes" in scenes that are faster than 25 times in a second. But for this property of the eye, motion pictures would have been a dream... 1 sec is ideal. And in any case why not experiment - since the delay software is in your control? Raghu |
