Sorry my last post has a bug:

I only know one derivate with 3 serial ports.ds80c400

You can use an external uart, search in this forum it was discussed before, phillips has some derivates with 2,4 or 8 serials and FIFO buffer.

Or you can use a triscend derivate and configure the number of uarts that you need.
