#43164 - RE: Looking for V4 Keil manuals Responding to: ???'s previous message |
You guys make your living this way and I can respect that. What suprises me is how hardcore you are, you express a certain attitude a " you should be happy with what you have attitude".
The Keil development kit costs 2,095.00 dollars. I as a hobbyiest can not afford that. Can you personally afford that? When was the last time you spent 2 grand on an educational project you were toying around with? Did I want to use what I thought was the best tools? Yes I did. I know that I can not afford the complete kit. So I got a hold of an old (3 revisions behind) compiler Just the compiler and linker! Not the IDE not the Simulator. All I wanted was the manuals so that I could figure out how to use it. When I asked this board for a little bit of help I get the old " you should pay for your software" speech. Why does that matter to you? Why does a person trying to better themselves and learn about a technology using old software (1994) destroy the capitalistic society that we live in today? It's not as if I was asking for a hack of there version 7 code. Sorry being thrifty Matt |
