#43685 - RE: Time Accuracy Problem in RTC Chips Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Kiran, Is there a broadcast time signal where you are ? In Europe, there is an English and german radio signal, locked to the primary atomic clocks of the standards organisaitions. Detection is very simple, decoding is also very simple.
Are you using decent crystals ? what spec have you got on them ? The 32K crystals are usually pretty crude, a high spec crystal and a divider - or a '52 clock divided down might also work. Steve |
