If this was a large scale commercial project, and I needed to program thousands of them, that is what I would do. But currently I only need to program 5 or 10 of them. And I already have a programmer that can do the job - I just need to add the programming algorithm to the software.

Does anybody know why Philips are beeing secretive? The algorithms used to be available on their website.
