Where and for which quantities do you have these prices ?
For unitary part, which could only be provided by Radiospares or Farnell here in France, a 89c51rd+ cost 23 euros ! Other parts as 89c66x or 89LCPxxx are not available... My local supplier agrees to order one part but he sells it to me around 59 euros ! Crazy ! Only Arrow Electronic can sell it here, but of course there is a minimum order and quantities and also they're only selling to compagnies... and as it's currently for hobby purpose... Currently, this is Per who sells me some parts for 89c664 when needed (Thanks Per !) If I could find a supplier agree to sell some 89LPC932 or 89C668 parts around 2$, I would buy 40 or 50 parts.
