So you are planning to send off Sachin on a treasure hunt as a weekend activity !! Cute gadgets though. He basically is looking for a conductivity meter to validate the genuinity of the coin and know whether it came from the Govt. mint or a "private " mint. I am not sure of this is a sure shot method. If I am not mistaken he wants to measure MHO and for that, one needs to be a professor in measuring microhms - ?? And do some reciprocal and things like that. ( I am sure my own Electrical professor will spank me if he happens to read this...) Have a nice weekend. Raghu. |
