Are you hinting about the new version of your FontGen utility? I downloaded it and I like the additions you have made to it.

Is it posssible to let the user select the range of glyphs to convert? So far this seems to convert number digits and ASCII western alphabet. What if one wanted to select a full Unicode font and then convert say the Japanese Katakana symbols or the Russian Cyrillic characters?
