Hitachi have some really nice black on white graphic displays such as the LMG74xx range,which have the T6963 controller onboard..
fortunately also there is also quite a lot of google code available for the T6963 I'm not to sure what type of controller the TFT solution has.. but Mr Karas has shed some light on this before. http://www.8052.com/forum/read.phtml?id=42447 |
