I have some dought long pending. I thought to get clarifications from you all.

I will explain with respect to io ports. In th main loop depending on a flag, i will set or clear a specific io port pin.

That means simply setting or clearing is carried out eventhough it is already on the same state.

Doing above, is it advisable ? will it increase power dissipation ? or any other issues?
