#44953 - multi-tasking in software - Introspect Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Dear Waqar,
Have you noticed something with all threads started by you ? In case you didnt - all of them go through a series of rough back-to-back sessions with few postings of help in between. Surely there has to be a reason for this as this happens mostly to your threads. If you ask me these could be the issues: 1. Topic is PABX - best left to MNCs to contend with the volumes of standards to comply with and thousands of man hours in R&D. If you want to come out with a fully functional PABX, it is cheaper to Buy. If you want to learn it academically, this is the WRONG forum. 2. Complex long postings - Tiresome to read. Quite frankly by the time I reach the end, I forget where I started. Needs to be printed and read. 3. No feedback on Help when given - This puts off many. He/She has taken time to help you and you simply ignore it without a word of whether you tried it or not.You just return with a more complex query. 4. Mixed issues - You ask what a state machine is and then immediatley want to do multi tasking. Assuming one wants to help , where does he start ? Waqar, I am sorry this sounds like a sermon. When there are repeated, identical complaints a little bit of introspection does help... Good luck. Raghu |
