You are right about needing to clear Carry Flag before SUBB. I had that suspicion before I wrote the code, but the 8052.com SUBB Instruction reference didn't show that Carry Flag is part of the subtraction. The Metalink ASM51 Manual DOES include CF in the subtraction. Looks like the 8052.com Tutorial Instruction Set has an error.
