I have received requests for my source code and have decided that before I turn it loose, I'll make the appropriate changes both to the code and license-wise so that it fits the definition of "Open Source" (see http://www.opensource.org). When I'm done with that, I will send it to those who have explicitly asked for it as well as posting where to get a copy.
