This is a great feature, and one I have wanted to see for a long time. From our beta testing though, unless everyone gets the hang of it, the result is rather messy !

PLEASE reply to the exact message you see on screen, not from the last message you have read.

EG in message 1,2,3,4,5,6 I might look at message 1, then 2, then 3 then 4. If my REPLY is to message 1, I need to go back so that I can see message 1.

If I reply when I am looking at 4, then following the messages gets tricky to say the least....
