The only two derivates with RTC built in that i know are:
DS5000(T) DS87C5030 In ATMEL's web site the T89C51IC2 apears in some places with RTC, but reading it´s datasheet i only can see a second crystal oscillator at 37KHz I solved this problem first using an M3003 (now obsolete) and using an DS1643 |
