#46324 - RE: Calculator Chip Responding to: ???'s previous message |
There are many single chip microcontroller, usually 4-bit MCU, comes with LCD display, PWM speech output and of course abundant I/Os for keyscan or else.
For instance, Winbond (http://www.winbond.com.tw), Sunplus (http://www.sunplus.com.tw) and some other chips manufacturers from Taiwan offer a wide range of such kind of MCU for such calculator applications. Good luck David |
