The idea is change some pins in the PCB and in the programed EPROM
Ie Put the D0 in the D3 line and the D4 in D5 and the D5 in D0.
Then you must change the programer (some programers can define th pinout chip, or make a adaptator soket)and program the memory and it´s all
You can do the same with the address bus.

If someone want to read the program must know the real pinout of "your" EPROM (HE CAN DO IT, BUT IT IS A BIT MORE DIFICULT)
