#46261 - RE: What is delayed trigger means in scope?
Responding to: ???'s previous message
Arif: Delayed trigger is a function of the scope that allows the operator to trigger a waveform that while long term it is repetative and syncronizable (meaning that a stable display will result)may be hard to trigger and stabilise in the area of interes then expand the timebase and view a selected and moveable portion of the waveform at the most appropriate setings of the timebase and vertical gain . thus allowing the operator an accurate waveform (within the capacity of the scope) that would otherwise not be obtainable. hope this helps Terry Ps this should be a continuation of your previous thread
