If you ever want to get fullest advantage out of your scope you need to take a training class from the vendor.

I remember that we needed up to a week to fully 'understand' our hitachi scope. We had to phone the hotline two times.
It's about 10 years ago, but I remember very well that we had at phone an japanese engineer being able to communicate in german language and giving us very friendly and competent advice about a jitter problem, AT SATURDAY EVENING. This gives us an idea of how hardworking people from Japan are....
