Thanks all for ur valuable advise and I'll try my best on writing the program and all I have until now is

- keypad assembly program.

- Alphadisplay assembly program.

- binary and hex table.

and my plan is to add the keypad program to alpha display program in order to display it on the LCD ( using WinACE interface breadboard ), then if I succeed I'll try to display the number on the 1st line on the LCD then I'll try to convert it into IEEE format on the 2nd line on the LCD display.

That is my plan for now.
