nationality never has been an issue here. the problem, sometimes, is language as we (the non native english-speakers) have trouble to explain a problem or understand a solution, but with a little effort everybody can be understood.

a real problem is when someone appears with a question and clearly don't tried to reasearch how to solve the problem or when someone have a "solution" that clearly don't works and keeps asking how to make that solution work.
