#46763 - how to drive pin from op-amp |
dear members,
i have to drive int0' by an lm 339 output which seems open collector. now problem is vout from 339 swings both side of ground. i used a conventional method transistor and diode connected to its base and ground, it works fine. can i eliminate the transistor by connecting vout to pin directly and a diode 1n4148. VOUT -----|-----INT0 .....| ....--- ..../ .....| .....| GND ignore the dots. DATASHEET fr 89c51 states min. Vil = -0.5 v and 1n4148 has a drop of 0.72 v max. what shoud i do. abhishek |
