This question is often asked. I get the feeling you probably didn't do a search here first...

Your question is a bit vague. Do you want to convert an integer to a decimal string? Or BCD? What do you mean by 16 bit decimal? A four digit BCD value? Your subject "BCD to DEC" doesn't seem to match your question.

In any case, what you want should be easy to accomplish using the standard C library. Break out the K&R.
