In jordan you can get these switches from various sources like RS and Farnell catalogues? they surely have plenty of switches and keypads. You can also go to industrial parts suppliers for all sorts of switches. also local component stores stock loads of switches and telephone keypads as spare parts for all sort of electronic appliances. I noticed some good cell phones have a notch on number 5 which is in the middle of their keypad, I guess it is used for the blind to be able to dial numbers, maybe you can do something similar.
