Who knows - I don't :-)

EPROM may still be cheaper in some situations. If you need a large ROM space, and you don't need ISP or IAP, an OTP EPROM would probably be the cheapest.

And how much it takes to erase in UV light.

Depends a lot on your eraser. In my old Heathkit "EPROM eraser 4803" it takes about 20 minutes.
