Hallo Abhishek,
testing RAM is a relic from early PC hardware days. It was done, because reliability was not such high like today. There are different RAM testing routines used. You can first set all bytes to '0000 0000'. Test, whether you afterwards can read '0000 0000'. Then set all bytes to '1111 1111' and again test, whether you afterwards can read '1111 1111'. But I do not see any reason for using a RAM test with nowadays mcu. Bye, Kai |
