I would stay away from that brand. I can, by no means, visualize emulating atmel 89Cxxxx. That range of chips are way too different to be handled by an 'universal handler'. They seem to try to be capable of everyting and in my experience there is two groups:
doing everything so-so and one thing well.
doing everything so-so and nothing well.
This product seems to fall into group 2
