I have been using the dmf5010 graphic display from optrex, i am using port 2 as data and command, and port 3 as control lines, that i want is to attach the display to the 834 address and data bus, i am usin A0 and A1 as control line for command and data, and wired reset pin in a p3.5 write & read directly to wr and rd to the lcd, but when write or read to the lcd i didnt get nothing, i think i need some extra logic in the hardware but i'm not sure, i tried to find some equal conections on internet but all that i have saw use the general ports to connect the display.


there are some suggestions from you? or somebody have an similar application?
