Maybe this is usefull? http://www.mcselec.com/an_25.htm The source is in basic but on the same page is a circuit which shows how to connect the T6963 memorymapped to a 8051 or simular. Also a PDF describing how to control the display I don't know for sure if the connections on your display are the same as on mine, a TLX1741-C3m manufactured by Toshiba. I have also controlled the display bitbanged. Works fine too Peter |
