32.768kHz are normally not available in quartz oscillator modules. Only frequencies higher than 1MHz. But it's easy to make 32.768kHz from 4.194304MHz quartz oscillator: Just divide by 128.

CD4060 has a nice built-in oscillator. You need to connect only some resistors, capacitors and quartz, of course. Have a look at:
