#48521 - RS485 cabling |
I have developed a MMI using 89c52 which commumicates on modbus protocol on RS485(four wire) bus.
I have used Max488 for this purpose. My problem is that the unit works fine on table with approx.1 mtr. cable. But it stops communicating with 10 mtr. cable. Please let me know the precautions I must take to ensure error-free communication. |
