 		 #48629 - Thermal Printer Driver
Hi all. I'm interfacing a Seiko MTP201 thermal printer to an 8052. The datasheet calls for a "LB1256" which is a 18-pin chip that contains a transister array that heats the 7 dots.

Does anyone know of an additional array chip that could be used in place of the LB1256 for easy interfacing to the 8052?

The LB1256 has availability issues and is a bit expensive.
