We can't specify a substitute without having both datasheets to see what is required.

When I put this part number into Google, it found an 18 page Sanyo driver array selection guide. Perhaps a different one might work?

But keep in mind the Seiko datasheet calls for that part, probably for a reason. Any substitute would have to meet or exceed that parts specs to keep Seiko happy.
