 		 #49144 - interfacing parallel eeprom in 89c51

how can i interface parallel eeprom with at89c51 microcontroller. can eeprom be used as data memory. how this eeprom is programmed using at89c51 and how the datas in it can be read. please if anybody have an answer please reply soon. because i have to prepare a project on that.
