Hello Adel,
Whether the output of this thing's serial port is RS-232 or CMOS levels doesn't really matter. Either way you can interface it to your microcontroller, directly or through an RS-232 converter (MAX232 or suchlike). If it can connect to a PC, you can also connect it to a microcontroller. It would be very helpful if the company could provide you with the details on the serial port settings and the protocol the scale uses to send (and receive?) data. Good luck with your project.
