Difference between MC-51 and MC-52..
The difference is NOT between 51 and 52 anymore. e.g. the P89C51Rx2 devices have 51 in the number, but have (more than) 256 bytes of RAM. Intel started this ages ago with the 51Fx series which, as far as I rememeber, were the first devices with 51 in the number and 52 RAM and T2. The ONLY way to find out is ARGH to read the datasheet.
