A little bit off-topic, but ...

I'm using a microcontroller (AT89C51) at 5 volt power supply.

Now, i need to interface it to a 3,3 Volt component (FPGA), but the imputs are not 5 Volt tolerant.

How can I interface both components without stressing them both?

Is there a 1-chip solution for BUS-wide (8 bit) applications?
