#50572 - RE: PSW.5 (General Purpose Flag F1)
Responding to: ???'s previous message
So Dan.....you think the single executable is "hunky-dory". But I guess we are all entitled to our opinions. It seems to me that there are great advantages to the single image approach. Particularly in environments such as I work in where each program code set requires a complete documentation chain, release version description, and validation test suite. So far my clients have loved the concept of the single program!!

On another note I changed the loader function to allocate a bit in an absolute BSEG at the 0x20.0 position. This is sourced in the loader .A51 file and simply linked onto the complete application. The linker has quite happily combined another 7 bits from the application C code onto the byte at 0x20 for use in the complete program. So it looks like this solutions is really a nice clean cut wrap-up to the problem.
