DO as Dennis suggested and get a dev kit - they're only US$99 and include the cable JTAG makes development and debugging sooooooo much easier. As a beginner, you don't want to be messing with all the arcane (and often archaic) stuff of PROMs, debug monitors, etc. Sure, you'll need to learn all that sometime - but it can wait. See their advert near bottom left of this very site! |
