Hi All,
I think ,what I have proposed as a RS485 network is actually a RS422 4 wire Master-Slave network.

And about termination I do feel that there should be only 4 resistors(120 ohms)in the whole network.
The network consists of maximum of 15 slaves and a master,so total 16 units.

I have got hold of a very useful document on 422/485 ,I will send the link or upload the same once I understand how to use these UL ,IMG ,OL,LI...can anyone explain these...
