I downloaded the programmer in this site
http://www.aec-electronics.co.nz/software.htm and tested it under win98 and winxp but it does not work ,But the reset pin toggle (high/low) works.

Can anyone give a programmer for this crazy IC from atmel?

Who tested this link at past?
