you take the COZ, put in the B and move the U to the UR.

If you approach the design the same way you approach posting by SHOUTING and using the stupid SMS you will not have any succes.

Assuming the wiring is correct, the major thing to look out for in interfacing anything is timing.

Carefully study the HT1380 datasheet and correlate that to the timing of the '51 you use. "the bible" ch2 ( address in links <----) together with the datasheet of the '51 derivative you use will give you the ability to figure out the timing of the output from the '51.
