Note that in order to use Flash Magic's ability to generate the reset pulses, the RxD line needs to be inverted before being applied to the Reset pin during programming. Maybe your design has a seperate ISP interface board that does all this along with the RS232 tranceiver, between the header and the PC com port? :)
