Hi Dmitry I also had trouble understanding your post, but I believe Lee's interpretation is corrrect. To further clarify Lees point. If you exceed the voltage on the VCC pin with the voltage on any other pin then that pin's protection diodes can fail. Perhaps in your case the port pin is now shorted to vcc resulting in vcc at the port pin under all conditions.
