If you have Lantronix card, the easiest way could be,

1. Create a proxy werver in VB /VC++ OR C. Use a winsock control as media.

2. Pass SQL to proxy server. Let the proxy server pump sql like a pass through query.
3. When the result arrives, format it as you want (using delimiters) and pump it thro winsock.
4. When the stream arrives thro lantronix card, parse it in 8052.

In fact, you can run Oracle SQL Plus remote terminal in 8052 if you use this method.
